All our items are shipped with Royal Mail 48 hours tracked delivery. Please allow 2-3 days from the dispatch date to receive your order. We aim to dispatch all orders by the next working day. We offer upgraded Royal Mail 24 hour tracked delivery for an additional £1.50 per order.

We understand that sometimes orders may not be the right fit for you. If you wish to return/exchange your item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will offer you store credit with an additional £5 towards an item of your choice.

If you would prefer a refund, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will refund the value of your order minus the postage fee. Please allow 5-7 days for the refund to reach your account.

Any exchanges/refunds will only be actioned once we have received the products.

Whilst we always aim to update our sales on products across both sites promptly, you may find that an item has sold via our other listing site first.
